Job Description
Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities.
Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.

Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online/offline help and developer guides
Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
Create and maintain the information architecture and security
Responsible for administrative duties, such as preparing reports and maintaining within the Tec Writer activities
Attend regularly meeting with related division or client
Collaborate with Product Department to ensure predictable and consistent delivery of value
Ensure that stakeholders are aware of progress and obstacles within your team to facilitate timely discussions
Job Specification
- Bachelors in Computer Science or Information Technology or Information System or equivalent.
- Minimum 1-year experiance
- Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation.
- Excellent written skills in Bahasa and English is plus
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development
