Job Description

  • Prepare and ensure hardware, such as CPU, Laptop, Server, CCTV, Printer, Hub/Switch, Router, Mobile Devices, has good quality and runs smoothly
  • Installing and configuring related software, such as Operating System, Antivirus, Office, Driver, Application, Database, Internet Network, and ensures no conflict and runs smoothly
  • Providing hardware and software for whole company and customer needs
  • Inventorying all hardware and software which are used by employee and customer 
  • Replacing or repairing the necessary parts
  • Providing email and credential needed for employee and customer
  • Have up to date documentation and regularly reports
  • Supporting the role-out of new applications
  • Testing and evaluating new technologies 
  • Using up to date and relevant system/application to reduce cycle time
  • Identifying hardware and software solutions 
  • Troubleshooting technical issues
  • Diagnosing and repairing faults
  • Resolving network issues
  • Provide accurate information on IT products or services
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
  • Identify and suggest possible improvement on procedures
  • Managing multiple cases at one time


  • Bachelors in Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of IT Support experience
  • Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
  • A technical and logical thought process
  • Problem-solving skills
  • An ability to stick to strict deadlines
  • An ability to prioritize and delegate
  • Excellent interpersonal skill 
  • Good written and verbal communication
  • Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco is advantageous
  • Experience with remote desktop applications and helpdesk software
  • Willing to be placed in Denpasar
