Job Description

  • Proactively collect and identify new delivery opportunitiessolutions to clients and closing sales
  • Collect, resolve, and escalate problems that occur to clients.
  • Implementing the Go to market strategy in collaboration with other stakeholders (Account manager, presales, marketing and implementation team)
  • Take a lead role in advising, preparing and presenting proposals to new prospects based on company standards ensuring that the opportunity is maximized to the full potential.
  • Find new business prospects.
  • Responsible for the entire process of starting sales to closing new clients assigned.
  • Responsible for building and overseeing development, growthtransactions from new clients
  • Provide suggestions for the development of a new product or service to the problem product team faced by clients / prospective clients cannot be done by the products/services owned by company.
  • Provide input on product development and competitive position as needed.
  • Create and report periodically sales reports and other supporting reportsrequired by management.

 

Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Marketing, or any related fields.
  • Having a minimum of 1-2 years as a Business Development or related
    working experience.
  • Prior experience in handling complex IT sales process from initiation to
    close.
  • Proven sales track record and strong background in IT application
    solutions selling, government sector, channel sales management, and HR
    will be a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good command of English
  • Familiar with Technology landscape: Cloud Services, business applications, IT Infrastructure knowledge will be a plus
  • Skill in any CRM application will be a plus
  • Willing to be placed in Denpasar
