Defining business requirements, analyzing the project, and determining the scope of the project to produce a detailed project plan according to established standards and procedures.
Determine the structure of the project team, both external and internal, which will be used for both communication and decision-making lines during the project.
Estimating the budget and resources required for the project which is then approved by management.
Ensure that all project activities are running well and in accordance with the project scope.
Record and organize resource usage so that it is efficient and effective.
Ensure that all administrative processes and deliverables are submitted to the client / customer in the form of documentation and reports at each completion of the implementation stage.
Measure project performance in terms of time and resource allocation.Set changes to scope, time, resources.

Perform regular project status reports both internally and externally.
